Led a 3-month initiative to establish a Design System as the Single Source of Truth. Eliminated a dependency bottleneck for up to 6 feature teams, successfully reclaiming 16 hours of weekly UX capacity for strategic work and enabling near-total development self-sufficiency and platform scaling.
Drove a full website rebuild by securing external budget, mentoring a UX-to-Dev team, and implementing a zero-dependency CMS, resulting in a 200% increase in monthly traffic.

Redesigning Company Website: Usability-Driven Concept Design

Led the web design team at Gameloft, optimizing mobile game websites through analytics-driven improvements and collaboration with SEO specialists. Introduced UX design practices in a fast-paced environment, creating wireframes, prototypes, and dynamic web elements. Redesigned Cebu Pacific’s fuel log process with an offline-first mobile app, enabling seamless data capture and synchronization. Improved accuracy, streamlined audits, and later evolved to support maintenance crews for greater efficiency.
